The essentials to know before purchasing a digital guide.
These terms apply to the digital guides and bundles offered on flexzonebd.com. Products are electronic PDF guides, not printed books or physical items. Purchased files are for personal learning. Copying, sharing, reselling or distributing them without permission is not allowed.
Catalog prices are shown in USD. Review the selected titles, quantities and subtotal in your cart before continuing to Polar checkout. Check the final amount, any applicable taxes and payment-provider terms before confirming payment.
Adding a guide to your cart does not place an order. An unsuccessful or incomplete payment does not confirm a purchase.
Download information is sent electronically after confirmed payment. Use a working email address at checkout and check your inbox and spam folder. You will need a device and software capable of opening PDF files.
If delivery is missing or a link does not work, contact support with your checkout email, product name and order reference. Do not send full card details.
Guides are educational resources. Purchasing or reading a guide does not guarantee earnings, career progress, health improvements or other specific results. Consider your circumstances and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
See our Refund & cancellation policy for duplicate payments, incorrect files and access issues. These terms do not exclude rights that apply under relevant consumer law.
